With over 13 years of experience in operational management, strategy development, and R&D across IT and Aerospace sectors, I've excelled in strategic planning for both existing and new business units, company strategic and operational management, and leading projects from concept to realization. I'm a seasoned professional in enterprise IT systems including ERP, PDM, CRM, PLM, Data centers, and VCS, and have conducted due diligence and managed M&A transactions totaling over $500M. As a developer of innovative aviation solutions and co-author of unmanned technology patents, my roles have included Vice Head of Innovation and R&D Management at RTI—a "TOP 100 defense" company—and First Vice CEO of Strategy for RTI-Aerospace Systems, where I spearheaded the establishment of RTI's aerospace sector. At Kronshtadt Group, serving as Board member and Vice CEO of Strategy, I led significant aerospace projects. My expertise extends to developing heavy-lift UAVs and FAA/EASA-certified LEVEL-D flight simulators for Airbus A320, Boeing B737, and helicopters. As CEO of BRAERON, I managed an $18M-funded startup to create a 600 kg MTOW agricultural UAV, leading it from inception to industrial application. Currently, I am the CEO of PERCEETECH GROUP, pioneering the SKYRINO H1-600 project—a cutting-edge helicopter-type UAV—merging my extensive experience in strategy, R&D, and aerospace innovation to transform aerial logistics and surveillance with advanced UAV solutions.

I am also a qualified professional mediator according to European Union standards, adept at facilitating efficient extrajudicial dispute resolutions. As the co-founder of the Daily Challenge, I've created an ecosystem for early-stage ventures targeting global markets, providing strategic mentorship and investment opportunities. Additionally, I co-founded iProfit, an internet marketing agency that specializes in contextual advertising, significantly enhancing business growth and online presence for a wide range of clients. My experience extends to leadership roles in helicopter centers, where I've managed operations and spearheaded advancements in aviation services within the industry.
